Increasing globalization and the continuous technological development are pushing the need for action by the public sector.

An efficient utilization of new technologies, by reducing the costs, is the principal duty and responsibility of any representative. At the same time there is a growing need of better and more comprehensive service.

To meet these demands a specific improvement of structures, faster and simpler processes in and among the administrative authorities as well as a service attitude oriented to citizens is required.
